A. White, an award winning former librarian, who is also a long time member of Romantic Time and Publisher's Weekly. A. White has been writing for over fifteen years. She took classes in creative writing in college, specializing in ancient myths and legends. and later at a local community center while living in Chicago. In college she won the national contest to verbally list every country in the world, it's capital and ingenious language. Her works are mainly horror, fantasy, extreme, and sci-fi as well as, as some may says, "the truly strange predicament and puzzling." Books that I've written are "Clash with the Immortals, and eleven others which are part of the "Unholy Pursuit saga,". She has been working on the Chronicles since 2007. She wished to complete them all before introducing them to public so the readers wouldn't have to for the continuation to be written. The ideas of the book come from classic literature such as whose work greatly influence the world world such as Homer, Sophocles, Herodotus, Euripides, Socrates, Hippocrates, Aristophanes, Plato, Aristotle and many more. The "Book of Enoch" influenced the usage of Azazael as a main character and love interest. I created the primary main character from the Chronicle of Saints. I wanted to show them as real flesh and blood with thoughts, desires and yearning as any human. Not as they are so often depicted. So I created one of my own to show her as a real human that everyone can relate to.

He’s hot and smoking hot with his deviant self. I know he’s supposed to the worst of the bad-asses, the king of Alpha Males but from the way people treats Ana I don’t see how Azazel is any worst than the others. The only difference I see is he can kicks everybody’s ass and the other Immortals and religious nuts doesn’t like that. So what he’s bad? The others aren’t exactly good. Not if you’re murdering people just because you can. If they’re tired of him kicking their asses then simply leave Ana alone. He maybe bad but he’s so good to his lady love, Ana.

I also see their love it as story of redemption. That even the worst person can be redeemed if they are willing to change.

I’m a guy and normally I don’t like reading mushy stuff about other guys if he isn’t fighting or involved in violence. I’ve never read a romance novel until I read the Immortal Lover. I like my man Azazel. He knows how to operates his business. He’s a smooth operator. I can see how he got to be the king of lovers. The stuff legends are made from. Azazel, he shows the women he cares for them, not just talk about. Darn, I could put on a dress and makeup or whatever they were wearing back then and live with him too for all that! That beats slaving out in a hot field or grinding your own food. All he ask is you get out whenever his main lady pops up by stepping through time portals. I could deal with that. No problem. And then you can come back to the lap of luxury when she’s gone which is usually by the next morning and life continues as before and you never see her again in your lifetime. Who would be dumb enough to walk away from living like a queen all because some woman showed up. Ana could step through the time portal dancing the dance of the Seven Veils for all I cared. I would go in another room and wait her out. All the while letting people feed me grapes.

Like the dumb Irish lass who got herself hatched from his generous, lavish support by saying bad things about Ana and ended up on the streets of Paris. That was a very dumb thing to do. Had I been her when he told me about her. I would have said, “I want to shop at Louis Vuitton” or the equivalent of it back then.

Before you ladies jump on me…I know, I know, the woman in that time period has fallen in love with him and wants him all to herself. And so does Ana and believe me, they don’t want to tango with her.

    • LOL! I don’t know I’m going to do with you. See there. Romance stories aren’t bad. They can be very interesting.

The accounts are written in the concepts that concubinage was once a way of life and still in some parts of the world. I don’t agree with a lot of ancient practices. Apparently, many did as you say you would have done. Not cared that Ana was there.

I like the way the character is presented. Ashton is fine and ANA loves him but she hasn’t lost her mind over him. And i like the fact Ashton isn’t bitching and whining throughout the entire book. He has many problems but deal with them like a man and not a whining baby. I agree with whomever said Ana could step through the realms wearing the costume of the Dance of the Seven Veils. I wouldn’t give up living like a queen.

Like a lot of women Ana has a thing for bad boys. Her sister Helena is right. Thad her first husband was bad and she’s now in love with someone worst. Seriously thus, she’s with Ashton Cargill to protect her from the bad people trying to kill her.

I see no different in Ana loving Azazel than many women loving bad human men. At least, he’s kind to her even if he does beat up everyone else. He’s Azazel. Duh! You were looking to get beat up when you went to where he was or called or summon him. He loves Ana, He doesn’t love these other people as to why he’s so mean to them.
