Writers are not here to conform. We are here to challenge. We’re not here to be comfortable—we’re here, really, to shake things up. That’s our job.

A. White, an award winning former librarian, who is also a long time member of Romantic Time and Publisher's Weekly. A. White has been writing for over fifteen years. She took classes in creative writing in college, specializing in ancient myths and legends. and later at a local community center while living in Chicago. In college she won the national contest to verbally list every country in the world, it's capital and ingenious language. Her works are mainly horror, fantasy, extreme, and sci-fi as well as, as some may says, "the truly strange predicament and puzzling." Books that I've written are "Clash with the Immortals, and eleven others which are part of the "Unholy Pursuit saga,". She has been working on the Chronicles since 2007. She wished to complete them all before introducing them to public so the readers wouldn't have to for the continuation to be written. The ideas of the book come from classic literature such as whose work greatly influence the world world such as Homer, Sophocles, Herodotus, Euripides, Socrates, Hippocrates, Aristophanes, Plato, Aristotle and many more. The "Book of Enoch" influenced the usage of Azazael as a main character and love interest. I created the primary main character from the Chronicle of Saints. I wanted to show them as real flesh and blood with thoughts, desires and yearning as any human. Not as they are so often depicted. So I created one of my own to show her as a real human that everyone can relate to.

    Writers are to make people think. Present situations the public perhaps never gave full considerations. Or has been put it on the back burner of the psyche. A writer’s job is to bring it to the front and make one think. Alienating readers isn’t something I do not believe any author set out to do. But unfortunately it happens. I have read many new authors’ works where they change the course of the work to appease one or two readers. It’s thoughtful of them to do so. But they put their work at risk. A lot of times the additions do not flow with the storyline.

    Hello there! This article could not be written any better! Reading through this post reminds me of a book I read some time ago. Several friends are always kept preaching about it because it has a minister as the hero. I am going to tell them about your books and articles. I’m pretty sure they will have a great read. Thank you for sharing!

      Paul thank you, I just feel that every author is unique in their own way and no one could be confined to a cookie cutter copy of everyone else. How else would anyone recognize your work if it’s exactly like the work next to it? 🙂

    I agree with this. I love it when an author challenge me to think. I want to remember a book long after I have read it.

    I agree. There no point in reading if the writing does not challenge you.
