This is perhaps the most important date in the free world as we know it today. There would be no free world were not for this date and what happened on Omaha Beach on June 6, 1944. The life we enjoys today would not be a reality had the Allies lost at Normandy. Had the Axis won billions of us would not be alive. Because anyone who didn’t fit the description of the Aryan Race which accounts for about 99% of the human population was fair game for extermination. There are very few people who can say this date doesn’t concerns me. Who know what Hitler would’ve done to his allies in the Axis after he won…
Why is this date a global concern? The simple reason that the Nazis’ plans was after defeating the Allies was to go around the globe and exterminate not just Jews but anyone who didn’t look Aryan. And most people doesn’t. Those who survive was to be forced in servitude to the others. This is the closest the world ever came a The New World Order being installed.
To me, this is something to think about.
The D-Day Invasion at Normandy
June 6, 1944
June 6, 1944 – The D in D-Day stands for “day” since the final invasion date was unknown and weather dependent. The invasion’s code name was Operation Overlord.
More than 160,000 Allied troops landed along a 50-mile stretch of heavily-fortified French coastline, to fight Nazi Germany on the beaches of Normandy, France. Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower called the operation a crusade in which “we will accept nothing less than full victory.”
More than 5,000 ships and 13,000 aircraft supported the D-Day invasion, and by day’s end, the Allies gained a foot-hold in Continental Europe.
The airborne assault into Normandy, as part of the D-Day allied invasion of Europe, was the largest use of airborne troops up to that time. It was also the largest amphibious operation of WWII.
