About unholypursuit

A. White, a former librarian who is also long time member of Romantic Time and Publisher's Weekly. A. White has been writing for over fifteen years. She took classes in creative writing in college, specializing in ancient myths and legends. and at a local community center while living in Chicago. In college she won the national contest to verbally list every country in the world, it's capital and ingenious language. Her works are mainly horror, fantasy, extreme, and sci-fi as well as, as some may says, "the truly strange predicament and puzzling." Books that I've written are "Clash with the Immortals, and eleven others which are part of the "Unholy Pursuit saga,". She has been working on the Chronicles since 2007. She wished to complete them all before introducing them to public so the readers wouldn't have to for the continuation to be written. The ideas of the book come from classic literature such as whose work greatly influence the world world such as Homer, Sophocles, Herodotus, Euripides, Socrates, Hippocrates, Aristophanes, Plato, Aristotle and many more. The "Book of Enoch" influenced the usage of Azazael as a main character and love interest. I created the primary main character from the Chronicle of Saints. I wanted to show them as real flesh and blood with thoughts, desires and yearning as any human. Not as they are so often depicted. So I created one of my own to show her as a real human that everyone can relate to.

    • Thank you Ruben for visiting us. I feel it’s important to surround ourselves with people who support you. There’s enough in the world to tear you down without deliberately bringing destructive people into your life.

I just had to write after winning your book in a giveaway. My nurse put my name in saying I’m grumpy and don’t find anything interesting anymore. That’s not true. I find things interesting if they truly are interesting. If the author has something to say I will read it. Thank you for giving it to me for free. I came here and found this post where you are talking about being nice to others. I live in assisted living faculty which can be nice if you got some good people around you but can be hell if you don’t. It can be a home that cares very much to its occupants if the owners care to make it so.

But let’s face it. Most of the world is not nice but most of you young people all you want to hear or read about is how nice everyone is. How nice they writes. How nice their stories are.

Let me tell you why I liked your book because it’s easy to read and isn’t full of a bunch of fluff crap or fairy tales. I’m a war veteran so I know fairy tails only leave people unprepared to deal with reality. But you young people will find that out sooner or later.

The reason I’m writing is that people are going to try and change the way you write. Don’t turn your stories into a bunch of airhead gribbles. I can’t stand it when an author do that.

    • Thank you Chess for serving our country and defending our freedom. I hope you’re happy where you lives. Don’t worry I have no intentions of changing the plot of the books. I would have to rewrite years worth of work. πŸ™‚ Again, thank you. I’m glad you enjoyed it.

Too many confuse positive people with people who agree with you on everything. That’s not what it mean. It means people who will encourgae you to do your best. A true friend will tell you the truth and offer constructive criticism.

Good advice but is it realistic advice. I mean that’s hard to do in today’s world where everyone is deluge with their own problems.

    • Hi Jan, thanks for visiting. When I say positive people I don’t mean robotic cheer leaders. They have the same overtly cheerful message for everyone but means it to no one. I mean normal people who believes in you and support you. Not people who drags you down mentally saying your dreams are silly and unattainable.
