Diversity Sells-‘Black Panther’ scores highest Monday ever with $40.2M

This is why every time I speak to an audience I advise diversity of characters. I can not stress enough to widen the diversity of your characters to capture a broader audience.

The block bursting movies “Black Panther’ scores highest Monday ever with $40.2M just prove my theory to be true. Monday is not a good day for going to the movies. And neither is February a good month for movie going.

About unholypursuit

A. White, a former librarian who is also long time member of Romantic Time and Publisher's Weekly. A. White has been writing for over fifteen years. She took classes in creative writing in college, specializing in ancient myths and legends. and at a local community center while living in Chicago. In college she won the national contest to verbally list every country in the world, it's capital and ingenious language. Her works are mainly horror, fantasy, extreme, and sci-fi as well as, as some may says, "the truly strange predicament and puzzling." Books that I've written are "Clash with the Immortals, and eleven others which are part of the "Unholy Pursuit saga,". She has been working on the Chronicles since 2007. She wished to complete them all before introducing them to public so the readers wouldn't have to for the continuation to be written. The ideas of the book come from classic literature such as whose work greatly influence the world world such as Homer, Sophocles, Herodotus, Euripides, Socrates, Hippocrates, Aristophanes, Plato, Aristotle and many more. The "Book of Enoch" influenced the usage of Azazael as a main character and love interest. I created the primary main character from the Chronicle of Saints. I wanted to show them as real flesh and blood with thoughts, desires and yearning as any human. Not as they are so often depicted. So I created one of my own to show her as a real human that everyone can relate to.

Hi all, I saw the movie and it’s on Star Wars level. Anyone who hasn’t seen it yet I advise you to go see it. It’s worth the money.

    • This is the blurb of the movie preview.

After the death of his father, T’Challa returns home to the African nation of Wakanda to take his rightful place as king. When a powerful enemy suddenly reappears, T’Challa’s mettle as king — and as Black Panther — gets tested when he’s drawn into a conflict that puts the fate of Wakanda and the entire world at risk. Faced with treachery and danger, the young king must rally his allies and release the full power of Black Panther to defeat his foes and secure the safety of his people.

Hi there everyone, I see everyone here is sharing their opinion of the movie, so it’s pleasant to read about it this blog. I used to visit this blog every day but lately I haven’t had the time. I went to see the movie when opened in Somali and it was more than I expected. I can see how it voted the best movie of all times. I plan to go again this weekend.

By the way, I saw the post about Billy Graham. He came to South Africa in 1973 and did the same thing he did in Tennessee, USA in 1953. I’m glad you had the courage to point this out. He made the ushers take the ropes down separating the white South Africans from the black South Africans. Take it down or he was leaving. I see the owner of this blog is an extraordinary person. He or she has the wisdom to see what the past really was like and is clear headed enough to see the importance of that stance. In these extreme highly volatile environments he was putting his life on the line and I’m sure he had to have known he was. I was glad to see someone bold enough stood their ground in giving credit where it was due. You’ll find bad things in all of our lives if you look hard enough. Growing up in apartheid South Africa, I have seen many true racists. They do not stand up for anyone but their own. Maybe most people have never seen a real racist if they call Billy Graham one. This is the kind of things that keeps me coming back to your blog.

Yes, I noticed this when I at first read your work. It had a wide variety of diversity in it. The movie success doesn’t surprise me at all. That’s what is capturing people attention about the UnHoly Pursuit Saga. It’s told from a perspective never told from before in America.

The world is changing and the movie, publishing, art, and book industries are going to have to change with it or get left behind and fall into obsolete.

    • I have always found literature more interesting with a wide variety of character. Like the Iliad for an example. Homer has so many characters I wonder how he kept up with them. But no one can deny as far out there as they are by modern standards they are very interesting and held people’s attention for three thousand years.
