I am sure everyone know about her taking her life today.
Buying a Kate Spade handbag quickly became some sort of a coming-of-age ritual for a generation of American women. Moms bought their daughters one to let her know she’s adulting. To let her she was going into the business world and couldn’t carry a backpack to an office job. One of the reasons it was so popular is that it was one of the few high end designer bags you could buy that didn’t break the bank. Almost every working woman owned one at some point in the last twenty four years. The purses she made became a status symbol and an affordable token of adulthood.
The designer created an accessories empire that helped define the look of an era. 1990’s to early 2000.
I guess no one will ever know why she committed suicide except maybe her husband. It’s said the note she left behind was telling her 13 year old daughter to ask her father what happened? I was just talking this exact same thing last night when I said nothing is greater than life. I understand depression can made worst by a bad relationship. I guess this is proof that sometimes people seems as thus they have it all when actually they are hanging on by a thread.
But I can help but wonder why has there been an uptick in depression in recent years?
